Overview
To assist product managers and cross-functional teams in developing, testing, and deploying the HCM cloud product in an Agile environment. Support HCM cloud security and maintain ADO board.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Business Analysts and HR Business teams to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, and integrations.
- Create and execute test scripts for several HR modules.
- Perform assigned HCM cloud security tasks.
- Create adequate documentation.
- Perform engineering tasks and assignments in support of HR business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years delivery experience in Bl Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, strong SQL and PL/SQL.
- In-depth knowledge in 1-2 Oracle HCM Cloud Modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll).
- Ability to effectively write reports, creating and scheduling Oracle Cloud ESS Jobs & BIP Jobs, HCM Extracts.
- Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodology and SAFe principles/framework for product-based development support.
- Effective organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and learn new concepts quickly.
- Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Experience utilizing Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse.
- Experience utilizing Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Demonstrated understanding of Azure DevOps Boards (ADO).
