As the SVP of Product Management, you will provide executive leadership that drives powerful innovation and delivery of our global GRC solutions. Your expertise will drive annual revenue growth and ensure NAVEX remains the industry leader of GRC solutions. What you'll do:

  • Manage and nurture the product management team to achieve high performance and potential.
  • Lead innovative product vision, strategy and roadmap while successfully managing day-to-day activities.
  • Work with executive leadership, stakeholders, and other teams to develop and execute NAVEX-wide product strategies.
  • Build tight partnerships with key stakeholders, customers and partners to ensure NAVEX remains ahead of what our customers need most.
  • Deliver exceptional products that create real impact for our customers.
  • Communicate internally the value proposition of products and roadmap updates.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to recommend continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a thought leader by representing NAVEX at industry events and more.

What you'll need:

  • 15+ years' experience driving product innovation and revenue growth for a global company generating $300M+ in revenue.
  • Stellar track record of developing great product teams.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with modern product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development process
  • Proven ability to identify and prioritize new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape.
  • Passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn a vision into reality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills and relentless attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • The starting pay range for this role is $260,000+per annum plus 25% MBO and a long-term incentive plan.
