You will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations Team, with a primary focus on revenue. You will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and transforming data into a variety of reporting formats to support the goals and key objectives of the Sales Organization. You will have a deep understanding of our corporate financial reports, breaking them down into usable metrics that help support and drive each sales team's performance.

What you'll do:
- Assist in our annual global strategic planning process (e.g., segmentation, territories, quota, etc.)
- Forecasting and opportunity management (deal inspection, forecast cadences, hygiene, etc.)
- Experience with win/loss analysis and global sales team productivity metrics
- Analyze and measure performance of funnel KPI's (marketing campaigns, conversion rates, lead scoring, pipeline performance, etc.)
- Review and enhance funnel/sales processes spanning from top of funnel to closed-won/lost
- Understanding of sales cycles, sales strategies to uncover incremental value
- Monitor BDR/Sales Performance/Activities against targets and provide proactive insights
- Design and build reports, dashboards, and analysis using Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce to support the sales team
- Partner with marketing, sales, finance, business systems to create synergies in business strategies
- Work closely with the business intelligence and support teams to define, govern, automate, and validate the extraction of new metrics
- Prepare leadership presentations and board of director materials on request with attention to details
- Coach and mentor other team members of operational excellence, best practices and insights
What you'll need:
- A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business
- 5+ years of analytics experience preferably in Sales Operations within the software industry
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, logic formulas, linking, etc.). Must love excel modeling.
- Power BI, Salesforce and SQL database preferred
- Clari Revenue Platform
- Experience cleaning and manipulating large data sets to identify insights
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with accuracy and translate business requirements into clear and accessible reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and an inquisitive nature; having a desire to understand the business behind the numbers will contribute to your success
- Outstanding ability to visually present information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

- The starting pay range for this role is $85,000+ per annum.
