Our NAVEX Content team is growing and we're adding a new Project Specialist, Translations to be part of our team! You will be a key part of the NAVEX business in supporting its customers in their employee compliance needs.

As a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and successful project execution. Your responsibilities center on the coordination of multilingual translations of employee compliance training, Code of Conduct, collateral, and other materials. In this role, you will work closely with both internal Content teams and external translation (and other) vendors to ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate translations. You will also coordinate the post-translation process, ensuring that translated content is seamlessly incorporated into existing designs.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with external vendors to coordinate the translation of training materials into multiple languages
  • Communicate with translation vendors to assign projects, manage queries, and track progress
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and expenses
  • Work with translation partners internally and externally on AI-enabled translation pilots
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
  • Assist in quality control by reviewing translated content for completeness and ensuring adherence to project specifications
  • Manage the workflow of translated content into approved English-language designs, ensuring layout accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain project documentation, including translation memories, glossaries, and style guides
  • Identify and escalate any issues or risks that could impact project timelines or quality
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in translation project management

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years' experience in project coordination, ideally in a translation, localization, publishing, communications, or training/educational content development context
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in language, formatting, and project execution
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus
  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • The starting pay range for this role is $65,000+ per annum.
  • Pay progression based on your performance.
