As a member of our Product Operations Team, you will innovate and drive scalable practices to elevate us to the next level of Continuous Delivery. You will collaborate closely with partners in Product Management, Engineering and various other teams to deliver our products with more velocity, and less friction. Additionally, you will lead a variety of other projects of both strategic and tactical importance.

• Develop and implement best practices for Release Management
• Track and report on release readiness
• Identify and address gaps in inter-department processes, driving smarter, faster and better solutions
• Consolidate and edit communications related to releases, maintenance and outages
• Project manage major launch activity on behalf of Product organization

• 5+ years direct experience in Project Management, preferably in SaaS or software industry; PMP certification desired
• Experience with tools like Jira, Aha!, Salesforce, Pendo and SharePoint are a strong plus
• Direct experience in Agile software development
• Skilled in organizing and negotiating across matrixed and remote teams
• High tolerance for ambiguity, acting as a change agent, and a willingness to take informed risks
• Ability to drive results through your job competencies of effective communication, collaboration and project management
• Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

• Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.
• The starting pay range for this role is $90,000+ per annum.
• Pay progression based on your performance.
