In your role, you will have a high degree of flexibility to shape a fast-growing product from the ground up, working in a high-profile cross-functional team and launching new features at a fast pace.
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for leading, designing, and developing mission-critical product features and services driving our innovative Meetings & Events platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex, scalable software applications from conception to deployment
- Architect and implement both client-side and server-side solutions using modern technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for the engineering organization
- Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality, robust code
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our technology stack
- Assist the leadership to identify, plan, and execute the long-term vision

What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development
- Expert-level proficiency in multiple front-end languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular)
- Strong expertise in back-end programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js)
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects
- Master the understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a staff or principal engineer role
- Domain expertise in the travel industry
- Contributions to open-source projects
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience
