What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruiting within fast-moving, high-growth companies ( preferably within tech/startups).
- Strong sourcing capabilities and hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
- Passion for providing top-notch client and candidate experiences.
- Skilled in negotiation, offer management, and closing.
- Metrics-driven mindset—you know your conversion rates and what drives them.
- Creative, agile thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
