As a Data Analyst on our global Finance and Expense Data team, you will work closely with finance and expense team stakeholders from across the business including engineers, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. You’ll play a key role in defining the financial data needs, building data models, and delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial data analytics, particularly in areas such as FP&A, ABL, or Credit, and will be proficient in using modern data analysis techniques. This is a hands-on role where your ability to leverage data for reporting metrics, forecasting, data modeling, and analysis will have a direct impact on the company’s growth and success.

What You'll Do
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex and growing data sets
- Build and maintain financial reporting models, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key financial metrics and trends
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure that data solutions align with business needs, providing accurate and reliable insights
- Develop and implement scalable production-grade data models that support financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights for FP&A, Asset Based Lending, and other finance-related functions, to support business decision-making across the organization
- Provide subject matter expertise on financial data and metrics, helping stakeholders ask the right questions and solve complex business challenges
- Support ad hoc data requests and analyses, delivering clear and actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through continuous validation and improvement of data sources and processes
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in financial data analysis, with expertise in at least two of the following areas: financial data, business analytics, FP&A, product analytics
- Strong command of SQL or similar data querying languages (Snowflake, dbt, and Python experience is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot, Power BI)
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience working with financial data models and reporting systems, with a strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong business acumen, particularly in financial services or FinTech, with the ability to connect data analysis to broader business goals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying data-driven solutions
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, information science, or a related technical field
- Excellent communication skills and adept at building relationships with stakeholders; must also be a collaborative team player
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
