POSITION SUMMARY

Natera is looking for a passionate Marketing Operations Manager to join the Digital & Growth Marketing team.

This person will be supporting the Revenue Marketing team and will be responsible for building the foundation of revenue marketing at Natera. This person will be focused on helping us scale out the infrastructure for the top of the marketing funnel outreach to find, nurture, and qualify marketing leads and ensure a smooth handover to our sales team. This person will design, build, and integrate our marketing technology stack (e.g. Hubspot, SFDC) and link marketing activities to the revenue lifecycle across marketing and sales organizations. This role will focus on supporting our marketing efforts within the Digital & Growth Marketing team, our business units & brands, marketing & sales programs to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue as well as leading operations supporting those initiatives.

The Marketing Operations Manager is possess technical expertise as well as a strong business acumen with an affinity towards continuous systems optimization. You will be the strategic advisor to the team by not only demonstrating subject matter expertise in the current MarTech eco-system/market landscape but also for building, curating and segmenting our marketing database that will power our go-to-market campaigns, and you'll identify opportunities for new campaigns to ensure continual coverage of our target segments.

This person is responsible for building the foundational structure, process, & strategy to empower Marketers to achieve results. This role sits at the intersection between business and technology. This role requires someone who is able to operate with a high level of expert leadership in both marketing operations, strategy and hands on execution. Clear communication, technical expertise, and strong collaboration across internal teams (e.g. IT, Sales Ops, Biz Ops, Engineering) as well as external vendors is required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure all of our go-to-market systems and processes operate efficiently and scale according to our company growth plans.
  • You'll work with Sales, Inside Sales, and BUs to ensure we increase data quality and the ability to derive critical insights to optimize future marketing campaigns
  • Manage E2E marketing data into sales pipeline from digital campaigns
  • Manage E2E marketing and sales CRM data and process integration
  • Create and maintain detailed technical and process documentation
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements for a marketing operations technology stack that supports the needs of the marketing strategy
  • Create data standards and documentation that governs the day-to-day management of our SFDC/Hubspot instance ensuring it meets the needs of all regions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Business Units to define and execute the MarTech roadmap with Salesforce and Hubspot at the core
  • Build and maintain our database of target accounts and target prospects to ensure we have full marketing coverage across our addressable market.
  • Manage database hygiene and optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within our CRM and Marketing Automation databases
  • Provide technical leadership to integrate 1st and 3rd party marketing & sales including customer data integration (CDI) master data management (MDM) data quality process integration process
  • Manage new contact and data acquisition processes with 3rd party data and media services providers
  • Enhance and optimize the lead management process and automation, ensuring timely distribution of leads to sales team, and ensure correct database segmentation
  • Implement and optimize account scoring, routing, and methodologies to ensure the highest quality MQLs are routed and prioritized appropriately for further development by sales
  • Work with campaign owners to build and maintain contact segments that map to our target personas and enable personalized campaigns for all stages in the buyer journey.
  • Lead internal product management for marketing technologies- you will manage relationship with vendors as well as develop influential relationship with internal business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with legal and security to ensure MarTech is in compliance
  • Support MarTech integration by ensuring proper data flow across marketing and sales systems that is critical to lead flow, routing, scoring, reporting and analytics
  • Develop technical solutions in Hubspot and Salesforce to optimize funnel performance from digital acquisition to opportunity creation
  • Document and build knowledge base that includes user workflow, business cases and tutorials for Sales and Marketing training
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics to create data flow charts and systems architecture to ensure technical and reporting solution meets business requirements
  • Work with the marketing team to document marketing attribution that provides clear insights on program optimizations and to define our optimum marketing mix for each audience segment
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Highly preferred, experience in BioTech or Healthcare industry experience
  • 5 years + of hands-on experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, and/or Demand Generation
  • Demonstrated track record of successful technology implementation
  • CRM data architecture and MDM design 1st & 3rd party data management
  • GDPR & compliance expertise
  • Hubspot Certified Expert, Salesforce Power User
  • Strong project management experience
  • Demonstrated success with owning the following technology solution: ABM, LeanData, Predictive Analytics, Attribution, Data Enrichment and Webinar
  • Able to communicate effectively across broad range of audience from Campaign Managers and SDRs to Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Inquisitive and process oriented with a passion to build best-of-breed MarTech stack
  • Salesforce admin experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor degree in technical field preferred but not required
