About the Role:

We are seeking a Sr Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our growing organization. In this role, you will work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure the successful analysis and deployment of strategic initiatives to drive growth and cost savings throughout the business. You will be an active participant in both strategic and long term planning, as well as day to day management of the business to ensure budgets are achieved.

This role will report to Nanit’s CFO and will have broad responsibility across the Company’s  finance areas, including: business case analysis, forecasting, financial planning and analysis.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic business opportunities
• Identify specific areas of opportunity through quantitative and qualitative analysis, and formulate goals and milestones that will enable us to achieve those objectives
• Be an active participant in strategic planning, partnering with stakeholders to build business cases for key initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive key business initiatives, including new product launches, investor materials, and other strategic initiatives
• Generate actionable financial and operational reporting, including weekly, monthly and quarterly packages for key internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify net new growth and cost savings opportunities through your analysis.

Who you are:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience 
• 5+ years in related Financial Planning Analyst role, preferably previous experience working in business consulting and/or investment banking
• Exceptional presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Previous work experience in B2C, SaaS, E-commerce or high growth company

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5-7 years of experience in a strategic finance role
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leadership
• Experience in strategic planning and business case development
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the company's mission and a strong work ethic

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
