About the Role:
The Product Manager will lead our Ecommerce website strategy and execution, collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and other teams to align product roadmap efforts with business goals.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve user engagement, site speed, and overall performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize site performance across a portfolio of websites
- Translate data needs into actionable roadmaps to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Lead teams to implement product enhancements and features.
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify improvement areas and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new technologies and tools.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
- Own product launch and post-launch activities, including monitoring, analysis, and improvement recommendations.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of product management experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
- Spearhead the creation of compelling customer experiences for product launches
- Must have a track record in subscription-based product strategies across E-commerce, consumer SaaS, Health & Wellness companies
- We are looking for a driven and innovative individual with a strong background in product management and a track record of success in driving results
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- Product Strategy
- Subscription-based product strategies
- 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role preferably in E-Commerce, SaaS, or Health & Wellness industries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leadership
- Passion for the company's mission and a strong work ethic
This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 base salary, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
