About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, proactive and enthusiastic brand manager to help fuel the next phase of Nanit’s growth. You will be responsible for bringing the marketing strategy of Nanit to life, by executing compelling paid, owned and earned campaigns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop strategies, tactics and ideas that drive awareness, consideration and grow the health of our brand while breaking through. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker with experience leading integrated marketing programs from concept to execution. You should be someone who loves to find a creative way to make an impact. And you should have a strong work-ethic and be results oriented. What you'll be doing:
- Lead integrated marketing planning and execution for all Nanit brand initiatives and campaigns, including objective/goal setting, strategy development, briefing/ideation, execution and measurement/post analysis
- Conceptualize and execute fresh ideas that capture the attention of our target audience, differentiate our brand and make a business impact
- Support PR and social with narrative-building and messaging consistency
- Support sales teams and our international markets with the right materials to educate and tell the Nanit brand story and message
- Be a voice and help guide the development of high-quality creative assets that are on-brand and align with channel best practices. Ensure messaging and visual consistency across channels
- Support messaging and concepts for growth marketing and lifecycle tactics that will deliver effectiveness and improved paid performance
- Lead promotional planning campaigns and messaging tactics to drive improved conversion to purchase
- Help identify new, disruptive content avenues, working with PR and Social to execute and measure the impact
- Collaborate and lead on integrated tentpole campaigns throughout the year to drive impact from upper funnel tactics
- Leverage consumer insights and social listening to better inform our brand position, messaging and initiatives
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of marketing experience- it’s helpful to have digital first brand experience but not a must for the right candidate
- The ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring projects from concept to execution
- Strong creative and strategic acumen, with ability to originate brand ideas and identify new opportunities and see them through to execution
- A consumer first mindset, with the ability to empathize and develop solutions that resonate with our target audience
- Strong work ethic, responsiveness and a results-oriented mindset. You are reliable, in the details and can navigate a fast-paced environment while staying organized
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 base salary, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
