Windows Endpoint Infrastructure Security Technical Lead (Hybrid)

We're seeking someone to join our Endpoint Security team as a Windows Endpoint Infrastructure Security Engineer in Cyber to implement the Firm's Cybersecurity Strategy by architecting, engineering, deploying, and operating technical security controls and capabilities for the global Enterprise.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer position at Vice-President level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

What you'll do in the role:
• Be part of a Global cross-disciplined Agile team working with DevOps practices within the firms Endpoint Security fleet.
• Have strong Windows Desktop/Infrastructure/Security knowledge and experience working in very-large enterprise, on-premises, and cloud environments.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent development, communication, and organizational skills.
• Be responsible for continuously improving the quality of our technology solutions, through a range of methods including peer review, retrospectives and refactoring as required.
• Communicate regularly with product owners across the global technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
• Manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.

What you'll bring to the role:
• At least 7 years of hands-on Enterprise-class Information Technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System Endpoint Internals environments of 50,000+ Endpoints.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Windows OS environments.
• Competency with any scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Perl, etc.
• Experience in Design/Engineering/Architecting new solutions from Proof of Concept to Production.
• Dedication and passion about cyber security technologies, constantly learning and evolving mindset
• Experience with SCCM/In-Tune for software deployment management Splunk for Dashboard reporting and analytics.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
