The Brand Marketing team is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Performance Advertising to lead our efforts in designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact digital campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business needs, advertising, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compelling, effective campaigns that align with the overarching brand strategy and achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities
> Partner with cross-functional teams and internal business partners to align advertising initiatives with business objectives, strategies, and priorities.
> Lead the advertising campaign development process from brief through delivery, including agency and stakeholder management.
> Oversee the intake, scoping, and execution (strategic development, creative development, production, and trafficking) workflow of creative assets.
> Serve as lead across creative partners, managing collaboration across internal team, agency, stakeholders, and clients.
> Ensure all performance campaigns integrate with broader brand campaigns to maintain a consistent strategy, voice, message, and experience.
> Partner with media team to ensure strategic and creative cohesion across paid channels
> Partner with Media, Data & Analytics and Customer Insights teams to set, track, communicate and measure relevant KPIs for all campaigns, demonstrating tangible brand and business impact.
> Own creative rotation in support of various test & learn agendas to continuously optimize campaign performance and uncover insights to inform future strategies and investments.
> Own all material reviews with legal, risk and compliance; interpret and provide guidance to satisfy all feedback and substantiation requests.
> Keep abreast of relevant trends, competitive positioning and activity, and industry best practices.

> Bachelor's Degree + 7-10 years of relevant experience in advertising, product, or strategic marketing; financial services or professional services industry experience preferred.
> Able to translate business objectives and client needs into clear and concise marketing briefs to inspire creative partners.
> Proven experience in a performance advertising role with managing and implementing addressable digital campaigns.
> Strong attention to detail in pursuit of thoroughness and accuracy.
> Able to thrive in fast-paced environment and adapt/reprioritize accordingly with ease.
> Resourceful; able to exercise good judgment and come to solutions independently.
> Possess strong creative instincts and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
> Able to build and nurture cross-functional, collaborative relationships.
> High emotional intelligence; can communicate effectively and responsively to navigate and influence.
> Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
