What you'll do in the role:
• Assist with the set-up, expansion, and management of the function, including recruiting, training, and onboarding of new staff.
• Work closely with the head of India Platforms to:
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels (recruiting, hiring, reassigning at peak times, etc.).

- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines governing the India Platforms and its operations in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Schedule and manage senior management visits including key stakeholder introductions, meetings and programming
- Ensure staff receive appropriate training & development, assist in developing training plans & provide coaching where necessary
• Create Senior Leadership presentations, ability to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders will also be critical to success of the team
• Define and create metrics for operations efficiencies. The role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, comfort working with large datasets, tools to create metrics, cadent, visualize data and the ability to effectively communicate for project planning.
• Develop and monitor KPI/ OKR, providing actionable insights to drive performance improvements and data-informed decision making.
• Identify and develop areas for improvement including system enhancement, process controls to improve the throughput, quality of work, supervisory reviews.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity, high performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop governance/reporting framework for providing status updates to WMP onshore leadership
• Work closely with Organizational effectiveness team to create engagement strategy for Platforms India Mumbai employees

What you'll bring to the role:
• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree will be a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Wealth Management operations or related roles in the financial services industry.
• COO team experience required
• Strong analytical & critical reasoning skills, an ability to effectively summarize datasets. Prior experience with visualization skills (like Tableau) is required.
• Expertise with Microsoft suite of products Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical & critical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and foster a culture of accountability and excellence
