We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President to join our Investment Management Operations Team supports the global equity, fixed income, liquidity and alternative businesses for Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM), providing middle-office services including portfolio manager support, client services, portfolio transitions, market registration, product data and performance and attribution analysis. MSIM Operations also provides mutual fund support, derivative processing, and counterparty and credit event management.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.

What you'll do in the role:
U.S. Fund Services Vice President's main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Participate in the onboarding of product lines and Financial Intermediaries arrangements onto the invoicing system.
- Develop strong a strong understanding of the invoicing system functionality including intermediary file information, transfer agent asset information and product information loading.
- Develop a strong understanding of Financial Intermediary asset populations including clearing relationships and Omnibus Sub-Accounting relationships.
- Build invoice re-calculation logic in invoice system.
- Oversee the EMEA intermediary invoice recalculation process and payment remittance.
- Work within the group and intermediaries to proactively identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Work with other colleagues within the organization to streamline and increase efficiency and accuracy of the invoice payment processes.
- Identify procedural inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
