Based out of our South Jordan, Utah office the Transactions Specialist role for our Private Markets Client Solutions group is responsible for providing world-class client service, supporting and executing complex client events and identifying software product solutions. This role will be critical in driving client and business outcomes within the private markets. You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with multiple teams across Sales, Business Development, Technology, Software Product Development, and Relationship Managers to facilitate the best possible client experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate in a two person deal team to execute client transactions within the private markets
  • Provide deal execution and operational support to our Private Company Liquidity Desk
  • Support deal planning lifecycle for liquidity events including detailed project planning, designing and facilitating testing plans, event implementation, and settlement
  • Manage communication with key stakeholders to drive alignment on project deliverables
  • Partner with Product and Software Development to enhance platform product offering
  • Identify areas of opportunity to create scale and efficiency through automation projects
  • Proactively identify potential issues or risks with management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate to advanced project management skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, not required
  • Passion for providing exceptional client outcomes
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and drive clarity for internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to read and interpret a variety of complex technical documentation
  • Strong analytical background, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
