- Contract via 3rd party agency

You will:

- Develop understanding of various functional areas and related processes
- Define and develop test scenarios and test cases in conjunction with system / business requirements
- Manage execution of test scripts by business users during UAT, identify, and analyze test failures
- Aide business testing teams with test script clarification and troubleshooting of issues
- Escalate and report on testing outcomes
- Work closely with the development team, project managers, and stakeholders to understand the requirements for software applications
- Create and maintain test data sets for use in testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user acceptance testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle
- Continuously improve the testing process and identify areas for optimization and automation

You have:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience; experience in UAT testing is an advantage
- Strong experience with MS Excel (proficient in the use of functions, pivot tables)
- Comfortability and familiarity with data wrangling and manipulation / transformation
- Project coordination experience (JIRA knowledge is an advantage)
- A critical thinking mindset: high attention to detail, ability to problem solve independently, strong sense of personal accountability for high quality, value-driven work, even in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- A proven ability to capture information systematically; consider a broad range of issues and factors; grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems or issues; and use accurate logic in analysis
- Comfort connecting with global stakeholder to understand needs / challenges and respond quickly (strong written and verbal English is required)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
