Technical Program Management Specialist (Hybrid)

We're seeking someone to join our Network Lifecycle Management team as a Technical Program Management Specialist to establish a governance program for network security requirements.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Technical Program Management III position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of technical projects.
  • Support the coordination of project activities and resources.
  • Help track project progress and report on key milestones.
  • Participate in project meetings and document action items.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Maintain project documentation and update project management tools.
  • Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA processes, JIRA and Splunk
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
