We're seeking someone to join our Equity Production Support team as a support analyst in the Reliability and Production Engineering department to support the Institutional Sales and Trading business in Paris.

This is a Software Production Management & Reliability Engineering position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for maintaining the stability and reliability of the Firm's trading infrastructure, ensuring optical performance and availability to support business operations.

What you'll do in the role:
- Liaison between Traders and Tech team.
- Monitor software applications and systems to ensure availability and performance.
- Assist in incident response activities and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with development teams to understand deployment processes and operational requirements.
- Document procedures and configurations for software systems to maintain consistency.
- Contribute to root cause analysis efforts to prevent recurring incidents.
- Participate in automation efforts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Learn about best practices in production management and reliability engineering.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and resilience of software applications.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- Understanding of basic software development concepts and practices.
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
- Basic understanding of infrastructure technologies and concepts (Unix, Windows, SQL, KDB, FIX, Python preferred)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Interest in how finance and trading technologies operate.
