We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director in Wealth Management Operations to deliver transformation to the Wealth Management Settlements team through technology improvements and automation.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role:
• Lead and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including maintain the scope, timeline and budget of the project and automation efforts
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact, and track them to resolution
• Facilitate effective stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment between business goals and project execution
• Develop strong relationships with IT colleagues to design, develop and implement technology platforms that meet requirements from stakeholders
• Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area, working with Team Manager to manage processes, risks and/or projects, proposing and implementing improvements/changes
• Act as key problem solver for area or expertise, applying detailed knowledge to address unique or novel situations, recognise risks and draw out key issues
• Coordinate work, train and develop other team members where required, including task allocation, and project
What you'll bring to the role:
• Ability to lead by example, work with drive and determination, and put forward challenging views to senior levels
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team
• Ability to operate independently across the majority of day-to-day responsibilities
• Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values and acting as a role model
• At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
• General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, specifically Trade Clearance and Settlements
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
• Ability to adapt in fast paced environment with focus on innovation and flexibility
• Efficient time management skills and ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently
• Ability to think and act like an owner
• Proficiency in Agile and JIRA a plus
• Familiarity with automation tools, such as Alteryx and UIPath a plus

Salary range for the position: $62k - $104k/Year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
