We're seeking someone to join our Discovery Operations team as a ServiceNow Discovery Administrator to manage and optimize the ServiceNow Discovery (ITOM) module, with expertise in MID Server Installation, ACC agent management, automation and orchestration tools and DevOps toolsets.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Cybersecurity Engineering III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

What you'll do in the role:
- Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert in infrastructure architecture and design.
- Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing high availability and scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery
- Strong Windows Systems Administration experience
- General networking and security knowledge (IP Networking, Subnetting, TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, DNS, NAT, Load balancing, packet trace and analysis, etc.)
- Familiar with SDLC/DevOps tool-sets such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible and Jenkins, GIT, Jira, Stash, etc.
- Background in Agile team workflow leveraging concepts such as Scrum/Lean/Kanban
- Experience working with ITOM Discovery
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python
