POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Analyst will work closely with the Regional Business Service Officer and Regional Business Development Manager to support business initiatives to ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit. This role includes management of business development and service projects.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes current processes and generate solutions to improve business performance and efficiency of the region
- Places, formats, and synthesizes content into set templates for one-pagers and presentations using company branded guidelines
- Attends meetings with the Regional Business Service Officer or Regional Business Development Manager to find solutions to complex problems
- Manages databases, spreadsheets, and other software platforms to automate business functions and to track business activities
- Generates reference documents, reports, and charts
- Assists the Regional Business Service Officer with coordination of local operational and client service support within the region for newly recruited Financial Advisors
- Assists the Regional Business Service Officer in responding to client operational or service complaints escalated from Business Service Managers
- Supports the Regional Business Development Manager in identifying the region's largest growth opportunities across the platform

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
Knowledge/Skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify issues and trends in order to anticipate change and provide recommended solutions and remedies
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and assignments in a deadline oriented environment
- Ability to interact with support staff and all levels of Firm Management

Salary range for the position: $85,000-$125,000/ Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
