This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Client Relations Group (CRG) at Parametric is within Operations and is tasked with processing all client related activities while delivering a first in class experience. CRG consists of several organizations: 1) Client Experience: advocates for our clients in onboarding and daily servicing 2) Client Operations: Systems experts in activities and account management 3) Client Contract and Control: Contract experts and quality assurance experts and 4) Business Enablement: Product experts for new business and strategic initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Operations Senior Analyst on the Institutional Onboarding Team is responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships and ensures a positive experience for clients as they proceed with onboarding a new relationship, or expanding an existing relationship. The Analyst will also be responsible for a subset of ongoing client service tasks for existing relationships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain knowledge related to the status and needs of each client and their existing relationship in order to properly execute the client's mandate.
- Provide excellent customer service, which may require customized support and coordination with various internal departments.
- Act as the lead contact for assigned new onboarding clients and Oversee activity management for a subset of existing clients
- Assist team members with responding to questions, and provide onboarding guidance to clients. This includes participation in calls with consultants and clients, responses to client inquiries (phone and email), and the escalation of complex inquiries to the Manager or Supervisor.
- Communicate account changes and understand departmental implications
- Attend to the requests of existing commingled fund investors, to provide appropriate and timely responses utilizing department and regulatory procedures; escalate to Manager as needed.
- Assist in monitoring and verifying that Private Placement Procedures are being followed and adhered to by all individuals involved in the sales process.
- Work in a firm wide cross functional capacity to meet Operational business needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 Years Operations, Project Management, or Client Service related experience preferred
- Working knowledge of the financial services industry and investment products a plus
- Professional tact with excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to thrive in team environment crucial.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Ability to embrace technology solutions to enhance processes and service

Salary range for the position: $60,000-$90,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
