This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of the Senior Associate, Institutional Client Service is to partner with their assigned Director and territory to protect and expand Parametric's business with existing clients by effectively strengthening our relationships. As a Senior Associate, the expectation is for your efforts to be focused on three areas: first, client inquires and immediate support for the external Director; second, providing and leading innovative enhancements for the broader team to function more efficiently; and third, serving as a go-to resource for Relationship Management, which entails deeply understanding the sources of our revenue, including key risks and client cross-sell opportunities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Internal expert on Parametric's Relationship Management efforts, able to represent their territory and the broader team and our initiatives in discussions within the firm.
- Engage in external communication with all levels of our client and consultant base, both providing direct support to assigned Director and territory on major relationships, and also finding ways to engage with smaller plans.
- Work directly with Marketing, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Reporting, Billing and essentially all internal teams to get the best results for our clients.
- Contributes to the development and execution of client requests. Analyzes client questions, requests, and problems utilizing product and fiduciary knowledge; provides appropriate responses and solutions to clients. Using appropriate judgment, determines when issues/questions requiring highly technical interpretation should be escalated.
- Responds and initiates communications with client base by phone and email, and at times, in person, e.g., participate in onsite meetings when needed and as appropriate.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of key revenue drivers via the client base, and proactively offer ways to enhance related reporting through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members and work within the broader Institutional Distribution team to improve cross-functional processes.
- Continuously cultivate product knowledge, industry trends, and client issues to ultimately become a better resource for both clients and internal teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree, with preference for progress towards MBA and/or CFA
- 4-6 years of related asset management experience
- Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of an organization and build trusted relationships with colleagues in other locations
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail
- Results-oriented with a strong bias to action
- Growing knowledge of current market trends and the competitive landscape
- A collaborative approach with tenacity to share opinions and offer creative solutions

Salary range for the position: $70,000 - 150,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
