- Ability to support, lead and execute projects / BAU work related to MSIM's Salesforce CRM

- Ability to multitask and operate efficiently allocating time across different business functions: Salesforce, SS&C, Presentations, Data Analysis, Expenses, Training, Vendor Management, etc.

- Ability to support and field questions from various teams: Business Development services, Sales individuals, Senior Management, Compliance, Legal, etc.

- Track progress of Distribution Management's projects across Institutional and Intermediary businesses with the ability to analyze the data as needed to assist management in the prioritization of work

- Interface with various departments to collect business requirements, communication during rollouts and provide training for new system enhancements

- Ability to maintain excellent communication standards, including with senior management and sales representatives

- As part of Distribution Management work with MSIM IT resources on Salesforce enhancements where needed with a focus of building efficiency/improving user experience

- Identify opportunities for changes and implement initiatives to improve processes within Distribution

- Ad-hoc projects

- Excellent communication, writing, judgment, and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills

- Must be an enthusiastic and positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues

- High degree of professionalism, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities

- Undergraduate degree required; with 3+ years of experience

- Self-starter with ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively in a team environment

- Professional maturity, self-confidence, decisiveness, and outstanding business judgment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

- Experience with hosting training sessions is a plus

- Salesforce CRM or SS&C SalesConnect experience is a plus

- Ability to lead multiple projects / processes at the same time (time management and prioritize)

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
