We are searching a new joiner for FRM on a Associate level, who will provide service to Risk Managers and Senior Management by providing a consolidated view of risk and will reside within Firm Risk Management's Risk Control, Stress Testing & Capital Department

What will you be doing?
• Process management of submissions of materials to the Executive Risk Committee, Management and Supervisory Boards
• Focus on data visualisation and messaging of presentations for key stakeholders such as senior management, risk committees, risk managers and the regulators
• Work with stakeholders both internal and external to FRM on ad-hoc data requests and analysis
• Work with other business groups, business analysts and IT to identify and implement solutions for external or internal requests such as new reports, data quality improvements and reporting processes improvements
• Contribute to the maintenance of Risk Reporting framework, acting as a point of contact within the MSEHSE Group Risk Division (Risk Division) for Risk Reporting

What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Sciences or Engineering
• Proven financial sector experience, preferably in a risk management role
• Knowledge of financial products, financial markets and risk drivers
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to efficient use of various tools to obtain and understand risk information and present it in a clear, concise manner

Skills that will help you in the role:
• > Strong organisation skills with ability to multitask and prioritise as well as to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• > Confidence to take ideas forward and to challenge others, where appropriate, with experience in influencing, facilitating and gaining consensus
• > Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in English, both written and verbally
• > Ability to work in a small team environment, building and maintain a network of contacts and coordinating with a large number of stakeholders across various locations

Firm Risk Management (FRM) supports Morgan Stanley to achieve its business goals by partnering with business units across the Firm to realize efficient risk-adjusted returns, acting as a strategic advisor to the Board and protecting the Firm from exposure to losses as a result of credit, market, liquidity, operational, model and other risks.
