Fixed Income Secured Lending (FSL) team in Credit Risk is looking to hire an experienced asset manager to monitor collateral portfolios composed of asset backed loans. The primary responsibility for this individual is to conduct i) valuation due diligence on real estate loans pledged as collateral to secure revolving and portfolio financing transactions and ii) prepare market trend reports to monitor concentrations in the portfolio with the ultimate aim of highlighting potential risks and recommending appropriate courses of action.

The FSL valuation team provides an independent view on the real estate backing the collateral loans through conducting market research, review of valuations provided as part of collateral loan pledges and monitoring real estate markets.
