Firm Risk Management
In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What you'll do in the role:
Responsibilities
The leadership role as a Vice President in the Risk AI Applications team that designs, develops, and implements AI tools that enhance the efficiency of the Firm's risk management processes and help risk managers to gain new insights.
• Contributes hands-on to coding using Python and AI/ML models, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4
• Collaborates and interacts with risk managers, model reviewers, and other internal and external stakeholders
• Operates as part of a global team
What you'll bring to the role:
You will contribute as a team-leader and as a hands-on developer, managing junior & experienced developers. Required Skills
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in AI/ML, software development, or related fields?
• Graduate/post-graduate degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Mathematical Finance, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent
• Proven track record of Python programming
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and familiarity with model development best practices
• Good understanding of financial concepts and products
• Clear strategic thinking, good business sense, and judgment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both specialist and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Strategic mindset and creative problem-solving skills
Desired Skills
• People management experience, including mentoring junior developers
• Familiarity with financial models
• Programming experience with JavaScript

Coverage for Audit Jobs
• Monday to Friday from 12:00PM to 9:00PM India time with flexibility on standard working hours for time sensitive matters.
• Periodic evening calls with US and EMEA Internal Auditors and auditees.
