Recruiting Lead, Director, Talent Acquisition

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Recruiting Business Partner to provide full lateral recruitment support to hiring managers in the Institutional Securities client groups. This includes working closely with HR colleagues & providing coaching and direction to recruiters and BU managers regarding recruitment policies & processes.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the Talent Acquisition team, which is responsible for providing the full lateral recruitment support to hiring managers in the assigned client groups.

What you'll do in the role:
  • Develop & drive lateral recruiting strategies including sourcing efficiency, employee referrals & mobility, commercial focus, diversity hiring, volume & niche hiring.
  • Effectively manage the recruitment team to provide lateral recruiting solutions to HRBP colleagues and Business units.
  • Develop the recruiting abilities of the recruiting team and key hiring managers.
  • Periodically acquire market intelligence and use the same to educate & guide hiring managers.
  • Drive regular reporting to Business unit management & HR.
  • Develop and manage operational initiatives to deliver tactical results.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Prior experience in hiring for Investment banks.
  • Expertise in hiring for client groups such as Institutional securities, Investment Banking etc.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail orientation & strong client service skills.
  • Ability to liaise at all levels within the organization and experience of advising senior management on recruitment strategy and driving change at a senior level.
  • Knowledge of any recruitment ATS.
  • At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
