About the Division

Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Asia is an integrated business within Institutional Securities. We provide highly personalized, best-in-class investment advice, execution services and wealth management and banking solutions to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families across the region. The Project Management Team is responsible for managing the transformation agenda of the business by developing solutions along with our technology and functional groups to generate value and targeted business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate additional FX trading revenues by having direct client engagement
  • Grow the client base of active FX trading clients with our Investment Representatives (IRs)
  • Serving our premium clients with additional value-added services
  • Advise and develop FX investment strategy that aims to meet clients' objectives, needs and risk profiles
  • Partner with FX Execution and Advisory (MSI) team, generate daily actionable FX trade ideas and place orders to the MSI desk for execution.
  • Coverage includes both HK and SG based clients.
  • The role will sit along with our Investment Representatives and Investment Counsellors in Hong Kong
  • Ensure the wealth management process is compliant with regulatory requirements and Firm policies

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
  • University degree, preferably in Finance or related disciplines
  • 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in FX execution/Direct Access role with Private Wealth Management
  • Prior wealth management sales or institutional sales experience advantageous
  • Strong knowledge on FX investment products with hands-on track record
  • Drive to succeed in a small and supportive team-setting
  • Ambitious and highly self-motivated individuals
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken/written English and Mandarin
