Cyber Data Risk & Resilience
The Cyber, Data, Risk and Resilience (CDRR) division provides first-line defenses for information and cyber security, fraud, resilience, response and recovery, and technology risk and controls. The organization also includes Morgan Stanley's Firmwide Data Office, International Technology offices, and the Non-Financial Risk Technology organization.
Job Profile
To establish, maintain and support the operation of project and program management best practices, processes and tools ensuring that the projects/programs are executed efficiently. Key parts of role include consolidation of data and program reporting and supporting the individual project and program managers.
Responsibilities
• Setting up tools and standards for managing the program
• Planning, tracking, and reporting on outputs and outcomes
• Financial planning, budgets and tracking - assisting the Program Manager
• Cross project interdependency management
• Setting quality control standards and tracking implementation
• Developing stakeholder maps defining the interest of the program/
• Holding master copies of program documentation
• Maintaining status reports for al projects/workstreams for the program
• Establishing consistent practices and standards for planning, reporting, controls
• Registering issues
• Analysing risks and maintaining Risk Log for the program
• Producing and distributing reports for the program
• Monitoring items requiring action
• Maintaining and updating program plan
• Maintaining and monitoring programs change control procedures
Skill Set
• Long experience of working on programs
• Solid proficiency in project and program methodologies
• Ability to out theory into practice
• Provide clarity during chaos
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements for Role
• 5 years working as part of a program in a support role
• 2 years of having lead a PMO/PSO function
Qualifications/Criterion
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• PMP Certified.
