Software Production Management & Reliability Engineering

This is Associate position that oversees the production environment, ensuring the operational reliability of deployed software, and implements strategies to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

What you'll do in the role:
• Proactively support HRIT projects adhering to and ensuring best ITIL quality and delivery standards.
• Experience of supporting multiple projects & ability of multi-tasking.
• Ability to perform a coordinating role with teams based in India and North America.

What you'll bring to the role:
• At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
• B.Tech or bachelor's degree with minimum 4 Yrs of IT Experience in Production/Application L2/L3 support.
• Hands-on experience Shell/Perl scripting & Automation
• Relational Databases (SQL/Sybase/DB2),MongoDB
• Basic Java Knowledge for troubleshooting
• Unix / Linux / Windows
• Autosys/Batch Mon
• ServiceNow tool
• Hands-on experience on setting up monitoring (E2E) & knowledge in tools AppDynamics / Splunk / PagerDuty / Sockeye or Prometheus/Grafana) will be added advantage.
• SRE role, Automation skill sets, Cloud application & respective infrastructure knowledge is a plus.
• Banking or BSFI prior domain experience will be added advantage.
