We're seeking someone to join our team as a Procure to Pay Process Transformation and Governance Manager. The Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Transformation role is a dynamic and pivotal position that spans across Accounts Payable and Procurement Operations. This role will be at the forefront of shaping the future state strategy and optimizing current processes, driving innovation and efficiencies within the Procure to Pay function. In addition, the role will lead all audit and risk related matter within the operation.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within Accounts Payable & Receivables, which specializes in maintaining the Purchase Ledger function and ensuring the payment of all invoices and expense claims. Our responsibilities include ledger reconciliation, all invoice and expense claim queries, and accounts receivable.

What you'll do in the role:
P2P Process and System transformation Manager:
- Lead process and system transformation projects aimed at automating manual tasks and processes.
- Partner with P2P SME's on identifying and implementing automation opportunities to enhance efficiencies within the P2P functions.
- Liaise with technology teams, agile squads Finance and other stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project completion.
- Serve are point of contact for P2P operations to ensure alignment when multiple groups are involved in the same project.
- Manage and report on project progress, including project plans, deliverables, statuses, stakeholder reporting, etc.
Risk Control and Compliance:
- Update and maintain risk control self-assessment.
- Lead all internal and external audits, ensuring proper alignment on audit related topics and also ensuring proper investigation and analysis is represented in audit.
- Work closely with Risk officers to ensure annual reviews and signs off are complete.
- Perform reviews and updates on SOP's and other documents to ensure accuracy
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proven experience in leading process transformation and system automation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP products (SAP AP, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass)
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communicator with client facing experience. Good facilitator, confident in working with others at all levels.
- Very strong team player who is comfortable multi-tasking and works well under pressure.
- Ability & willingness to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment and with changing priorities.
- Strong PC skills in use of Microsoft products. i.e. Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong work ethic and drive and attention to details.
- Ability to work with remote teams across the globe.
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting , Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
