We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director in ISG Equity Operations - Prime Brokerage Operations Transformation team supports enhancing the operational processing and margin products offered to Prime Brokerage clients and improving both the operational and margin controls. The Client Strategy team supports the automation of client performance and operational processing metrics whilst driving improved data strategy and vendor connectivity.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Advanced Specialist position at Director level within Change, Analytics & Strategy, which is responsible for developing operating and technology strategies, managing and executing transformation initiatives, leading Agile fleet activities, driving innovation, developing analytics solutions and delivering business outcomes.

What you'll do in the role:
• Manage complex processes and/or support significant process management/project efforts
• Lead in process improvement, project management or technology development and testing across multiple teams and/or divisions
• Analyze and expose ambiguous, complex issues or non-standard issues, identify risks, root causes and propose future actions, tracking through to resolution
• Build and manage relationships with business unit partners, other Morgan Stanley infrastructure departments, and external contact points in Client or Market organizations
• Coordinating technology changes between the global prime Brokerage Operations, Technology and Legal & Compliance teams
• Develop strong relationships with IT colleagues to design, develop and implement technology platforms to deliver automated client metrics solutions
• Track and review team projects and help to asses risk and next steps

What you'll bring to the role:
• Front-to-back knowledge of the processes, projects, systems, markets and instruments that influence their team with a comprehensive understanding of job-related operational/compliance policies and procedures
• Ability to think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives, risks on the operational budget
• Ability to address non-standard issues within area of expertise

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Business
• At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
• Automation tooling literate with Power Platform skills required. Other automation tooling skills such as Alteryx and UiPath are beneficial
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; Computer literate with Excel, Visio skills required
• Project management experience required

Salary range for the position: $80,000 - $104,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
