This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The operations department consists of a team of professionals that focuses on the overall operations of Parametric. This group ensures the production process is complete from start to finish and lines up with the goals and functions of other departments within the firm. Examples include supervising, organizing, and completing daily production, measuring and evaluating daily workload, and providing services to ensure the business runs as smoothly and effectively as possible.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities and initiatives of the team and aligns team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks. This leader manages all billing related queries for the Client Service Teams and partners with internal stakeholders. This leader manages and resolves complex issues that have been escalates and provides advanced knowledge of the billing processes and provides technical assistance on complex problems. This person will function as a centralized point of contact for all billing related queries for the Client Relations Team. Directs, motivates, and develops staff. Communicates feedback and counseling to staff regarding their performance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leads, trains, and motivates Billing Solutions staff
  • Ensure complete and accurate completion of tasks, including but not limited to new account review, modified account review, and terminated account review
  • Centralized point of contact for all Billing related queries for the Client Relations Team
  • Assist Management with billing audit requests
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to improve billing processes to reduce risk and improve efficiencies
  • Defining and agreeing standardized and simplified billing methodologies
  • Provide exceptional client service through quick and complete response to internal/external client queries
  • Lead change initiatives within the group and process improvements
  • Review billing application for suitability of future enhancements and current workflow
  • Review complex fee calculations ensuring they are in accordance with the Investment Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors (4 year) degree with concentration in finance or accounting preferred
  • 5+ years previous work experience in the financial services industry
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Familiarity with investment management agreements (IMA) and other contracts preferred
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage through change
  • Excellent communication skills - in writing/oral with internal/external partners
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong ability to learn new applications
  • Exhibits clear project management skills; managing deadlines, keeping stakeholders informed, anticipating roadblocks, preparing back-up plans, etc.
  • Proven track record as a successful leader

Salary range for the position: $70,000-$150,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
