We're seeking someone to join our team as a Associate to be responsible for cash funding, forecasting and intraday liquidity management of Firm bank accounts and the supervision across other Global Cash Management activities where operational failures could have an regulatory or financial impact.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships.

What will you be doing?
Cash Management is primarily responsible for cash funding, forecasting and intraday liquidity management of Firm bank accounts and the supervision across other Global Cash Management activities.
The team manages third party exposure of Firm cash balances whilst ensuring adherence to internal limits set by Treasury and takes care of the collateral financing of repo trades for both the German and Swiss markets. The role is also responsible for Reconciliation and investigation on Accounts from counterparties and is also part of various projects within the Team.
What you'll bring in the role:
- Financial Services Operations experience is preferred
- First experience in Cash - / Liquidity Management or a similar role in Operations
- Preferably knowledge of European Clearing Systems such as TARGET2 and TARGET2 Securities
- SWIFT expertise in ISO 15022 / ISO 20022 message formatting
- Good general management skills
- Confident communicator (written and oral)
- Knowledge of operational functions and processes of a broker dealer
- Cross product knowledge
- Focus on risk and displays the ability to react quickly to issues and see them through to conclusion
