Team Profile

The EMEA Onboarding function is responsible for all activities after a candidate formally accepts an offer to the moment they start at the Firm across the region (certain jurisdictions are out of scope and managed by local HR).

The function operates as a case management model, with case managers serving as the main point of contact for permanent employees and hiring managers throughout the process, sharing regular communications and status updates, handling the necessary administrative tasks and information flow with other functions to onboard each employee.

Onboarding services are primarily delivered by an external outsourced provider, with Talent Acquisition owning the service and managing BAU operational activity, alongside HR Operational Services (HROS) who manage the overall suite of HR Admin outsourced services on behalf of the respective Service Owners across HR.
