We're seeking someone to join our team as an Oversight Governance Technology Lead and work to improve the execution and enhancement of the firm's Testing and Monitoring technology tools.
In the Legal & Compliance division, we protect the Firm's business by identifying risks and designing programs and policies that guide internal teams on ways to address or mitigate those outcomes. This position will report to the Budapest Head of NFR Oversight Governance and will work closely with NFR management and Technology teams to enhance operational effectiveness of current support processes and to assist with strategic projects related to Testing and Monitoring systems. This position will directly manage and oversee a small number of Business Analysts each supporting the Testing and Monitoring sides, respectively.

What you'll do in the role:
- Serve as a Product Owner and business system administrator for the suite of key LCD and NFR Testing and Monitoring applications
- Drive changes in the Technology platform to meet the changing Testing and Monitoring methodology and requirements
- Partner with LCD NFR Technology and Data Strategy in designing the future-state tool
- Project management of application enhancements and adoption (i.e. business requirement drafting, user acceptance testing, communication plans, etc.)
- Interface directly with global users to assist in the execution of troubleshooting and issue investigation in order to address day-to-day questions pertaining to application functionality
- Prepare materials for periodic working group meetings that highlight recent achievements, upcoming plans and other key updates
- Creation and maintenance of a sustainable user self-service support process for key applications through the development of quick reference cards and twiki sites, the identification of lessons learned and the creation of training materials
- Deliver training to key stakeholders and new joiners, as needed
- Manage resources and identify opportunities to leverage their skillsets and develop them
- Perform ad hoc analysis to identify root causes and assist with other NFR strategic projects to improve efficiency of key processes

What you'll bring to the role:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- At least 5+ years' relevant experience (in Compliance, Operational Risk, and/or the financial services industry with a Technology background) would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
- Proven consultative skills, working with business users to document requirements, designing, and implementing solutions
- Program management and project management experience
- People management experience
- Technology change management experience, specifically around the implementation of new applications
- Creative problem solver with high level of learning agility and initiative, showing excellent ownership and proactivity
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
- Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams spanning LCD and NFR, Technology, and across the Firm
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding and/or experience of process/control testing is preferable
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and general IT systems
