Wealth Management Division provides comprehensive financial advice and services to its clients including brokerage, investment advisory, financial and wealth planning, credit & lending, deposits & cash management, annuities, insurance, retirement, and trust services.
Position Responsibilities
New business development to maximize impact of group's expertise.
New product development to generate new revenue opportunities for business.
Understand competitive environment and develop relationship building strategies to retain and win new business.
Partner with Branch Managers to profile their client base, identify and analyse business opportunities.
Interacting with and influencing senior management across the Wealth.
Communicating results of complex analyses to senior management in a commercial way.
Interact with different areas of the Firm to promote cross-selling.
Deep understanding of financial services and more specifically deep understanding of the MS Businesses i.e.: ISG, MSIM and MSWM
Capability to work focused on business development opportunities encompassing all business lines within Morgan Stanley - both regionally and globally
Effective communication is going to be critical in this role - across regions, business lines and geographically.
Solid understanding of cross border rules and strict adherence to those rules is required.
Experience understanding the financial needs of all types of clients.
Possess excellent relationship and new business development skills and desire to consistently achieve top revenue results.
Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand the private banking financial needs of the retail brokerage clientele.
Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills, performance, and metrics tracking.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit
