This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Implementation team sits within Platform Solution Management and is responsible for leading the design and deployment of solutions using internal and third-party vendor systems for our business. Implementations can be high profile initiatives which require team members to have senior level exposure and play an active role in transforming the organization. A typical implementation is at least as much about implementing business transformation strategies as it is about technology. This means that we develop a true partnership with our clients, i.e., our business teams, in realizing their strategic objectives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for someone to take point on Salesforce implementation delivery for Morgan Stanley's independent affiliate, Parametric. The individual in this will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of Salesforce projects from initial requirements to successful implementation and ongoing support. Through use of project management and Salesforce implementation best practices, the individual in this role will ensure Salesforce implementation projects are delivered on time and meet user needs by working with project teams within and across the organization, coordinating technical delivery and maintaining high quality user relationships throughout the process. A successful candidate will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of business processes and business system analysis techniques with a strong background in Salesforce administration and best practices across various use cases and verticals.

The candidate should be a dedicated, self-motivated, detail oriented, and confident individual who is familiar with the financial industry and has knowledge about the inner workings of CRM and cloud-based technologies. The candidate should have the ability to solve problems and build relationships internally and own and advance the Salesforce roadmap.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce product team and other internal teams to validate business requirements and any downstream considerations for current setup/configuration.
  • Supervise the Salesforce team including defining the product roadmap, aligned to stakeholders' priorities, and outline priorities and resource allocation on a sprint-by-sprint basis.
  • Understand data analysis requirements and translate conceptual workflow diagrams into Salesforce configurations.
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other technologies and vice versa, as well as experience with governance, collaborating with IT / Developers and familiar with development operations.
  • Experience using integration tools, such as Salesforce APIs, Alteryx, and various ETL tools to integrate with other systems used in the organization such as Snowflake and other instances of Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain documentation, and to take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new features and updates
  • Provide administration support of the Salesforce environment, as needed.
  • Willing to participate in broader Platform Implementation projects, as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 7+ years of consulting, product ownership, project management, business analysis, information/data management and/or CRM management (specifically Salesforce).
  • Experience managing a small team providing direct guidance and project leadership as well as mentorship
  • Preference given to those who have done development work or managed projects using automation tools in the Salesforce ecosystem (flow, process builder, Lightning apps, Visualforce, etc.)
  • Highly self-motivated to deliver both independently and with strong team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technology, business, and development personnel.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to gather, write, interpret, critique and present requirements and technical specifications to stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
  • Willingness to learn the firm's structure, key personnel and organizational policies and procedures, in addition to a functional knowledge of a professional services environment.
  • Experience in translating requirements into project deliverables and partnering with the business and key stakeholders to model, design, and help build solutions in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator. Additional Salesforce certifications a plus
  • Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Desirable: Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience.

Salary range for the position: $110,000 - $225,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
