What will you be doing?

• Lead and manage the European corporate flow trading team, ensuring alignment with global strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to tailor solutions that meet the business's dynamic needs.
• Work in partnership with Tech teams to prioritize development projects, from system design through to production rollout, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Participate in various forums maintaining knowledge of regulatory changes, advancements in product and competitive landscapes.

What we're looking for:

• Prior experience in corporate bond analytics, including repo, credit derivatives (indices, options, tranches), and a strong understanding of trading conventions and product documentation.
• Strong programming skills in Scala, Java, or Python; familiarity with KDB/q is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Eclipse IDE or IntelliJ, and comfortable with Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience in risk aggregation, netting, and detailed P&L and risk explanation related to regulatory capital implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and experience within a front-office environment
• Proven track record in developing teams, project management, and strategic problem solving.
