What will you be doing?
- Lead and manage the European corporate flow trading team, ensuring alignment with global strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to tailor solutions that meet the business's dynamic needs.
- Work in partnership with Tech teams to prioritize development projects, from system design through to production rollout, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Participate in various forums maintaining knowledge of regulatory changes, advancements in product and competitive landscapes.
What we're looking for:
- Prior experience in corporate bond analytics, including repo, credit derivatives (indices, options, tranches), and a strong understanding of trading conventions and product documentation.
- Strong programming skills in Scala, Java, or Python; familiarity with KDB/q is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Eclipse IDE or IntelliJ, and comfortable with Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience in risk aggregation, netting, and detailed P&L and risk explanation related to regulatory capital implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and experience within a front-office environment
- Proven track record in developing teams, project management, and strategic problem solving.
