We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director in SSBO Client Onboarding & Reference Data Services (CORDS) to support the KYC team responsible for managing the refresh program across global jurisdictions.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Director level position level position within the within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

What you'll do in the role:
- Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area, working with Team Manager to manage processes, risks and/or projects, proposing and implementing improvements/changes.
- Act as key problem solver for area or expertise, applying detailed knowledge to address unique or novel situations, recognize risks and draw out key issues Coordinate work, train and develop other team members where required, including task allocation, and project contribution.
- Strong leadership experience is an KYC Refresh or AML production type roles.
- Experience of delivering high standards of client engagement.
- College/University degree or equivalent with a business focus and relevant/proven experience
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC.
- AML, client onboarding, or client reference data experience desirable.
- Proven track record of ongoing coaching, educating and leading teams.
- Outstanding client management, partnership building, leadership and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to manage large data sets in order to analyze project trackers and metrics
- Expertise in data visualization and reporting in a cross-functional team and to senior stakeholders using business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview,etc.) preferred
- Foster and champion High Performance Culture where people are empowered to make decisions that affect their work/environment
- At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
