You will:

- Participate in managing the overall vendor risk management process from onboarding to termination, including requirements intake, facilitation of risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and stakeholder engagement where appropriate

- Serve as relationship contact for service owners and support them to meet functional area goals and policy requirements
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and development of presentations for senior management on risk management process and related KPI's
- Build and maintain relationships across HR, Frimwide Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Risk and Technology
- Review issues, service disruptions and incidents to escalate as appropriate
- Interface with Firmwide Sourcing regarding pending agreements and renewals

You have:

- 1-3 years work-related experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with procurement processes and/or third-party supplier management process is a definitive advantage
- Strong verbal, written communication in English, organizational skills, and attention to details
- Ability to advise and question, as well as administer, analyse and execute
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of tasks
- A roll up your sleeves "can do" mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
