As Identity & Access Management System Reliability Experts (SRE) Team, we are the first line of defense in cybersecurity,weoversee the development of Identity & Access Management controls platforms for Business, Technology , and Privileged Access Entitlements. These platforms manage the lifecycle of users' entitlements, authorization, and digital identity.

We are growing our team globally. It's a unique opportunity to work on leading edge projects leveraging the latest technologies such as Cloud solutions and Analytics. The candidate will require to have web programming, Java, Python, Databases, SQL, and Reporting knowledge. They should be able to create automated test suits and able to run SDLC/automated deployments.

The role requires someone who is self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quick-learner and comfortable working across numerous technologies. The ideal candidate takes ownership of critical problems as he/she works through the full project lifecycle from problem analysis to successful timely delivery of the solution.

As the firm adopts a top-down led Agile/DevOps transformation, the candidate would be a core member of an agile team. A strong interest in learning about the business will also contribute to the candidate's success in the team.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional ownership of issues.
• Reduction of the cost of support (hours of effort) through the elimination of operational issues, optimization and automation of tasks, development of operational tools and driving client self-service to minimize constraints.
• Identification and prioritization of technical debt that risks instability or creates wasteful operational toil.
• Analyse business processes and identity automation opportunity.
• Develop , Test and deploy automations
• Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation issue.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Comfortable with DevOps, Agile , Scrum and SRE principles

Qualifications :

You should apply on this requisition if you have, at minimum, the following profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Minimum of four to five years indusytry experience in Software development
• Strong Development skills in Java building medium to large scale multi-threaded applications
• Knowledge of scripting in Python and Shell Scripting
• Experience with Web Programming and REST/SOAP services (API)
• Database experience in SQL queries and DB2 , Sybase, or Snowflake database & DB reporting
• Experience on creating automation test suits, SDLC and automated deployments.
• System knowledge in Unix/Linux , and Infrastructure set up such as Load balancing
• Experience with Ansible, GitHub or similar configuration/release management tools
