Profile Description We're seeking someone to join our team as (Title) Vice President - Java Fullstack Developer. We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to join as technical lead in our dynamic team, focusing on developing quality software across various banking product domains. The individual should be proficient in object-oriented development tools and techniques, possess extensive experience in core Java development, restful API integrations, building libraries with Gradle and demonstrate exception problem solving skills. The role requires taking ownership of assigned tasks, collaborating with global teams to understand requirements, developing high quality code, and delivering project with meticulous attention to detail. ESTAR Develops trading & Analytics platform for IST, structured OTC Trading, Market Making & risk platform

What you'll do in the role: • Groom individuals within the team, offering appropriate career guidance and fostering professional development.
• Mentor and train junior teammates to improve their technical abilities, providing hands on technical guidance and support.
• Lead hands-on design and development of web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Ensure that developed code aligns with system architecture and integrates design standards, working within an enterprise framework.
• Take responsibility for the stability and reliability of production environments.
• Analyse user requirements, envision system features and functionality and translate them into technical specifications.
• Fostering a culture of innovation and pioneering new tech DevOps initiatives within the team.
• Actively participate in design discussions and contribute to the architecture process, providing valuable insights and recommendations
• Support the continuous improvement of automated systems, actively participating in all aspects of Software development life cycle (analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation) What you'll bring to the role:
• At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected, Engineering from a premium institute, with a strong background in software design, solid code development, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale projects, effectively breaking them down into smaller deliverable pieces and proactively managing diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to have significant impact across departments, creating strong visibility within the organization.
• Proficiency in Java programming language with a willingness to be a hands-on coder primarily focused on Java.
• Strong understanding of core computer science concepts, including logic building, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture/design.
• Good understanding of web-based architecture and various authentication authorization mechanisms.
• Experience with Spring/Spring boot framework demonstrating proficiency in developing robust, scalable applications.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, demonstrating proficiency in database management and querying.
• Competency with source control systems (preferably git), continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, ensuring streamlined development processes.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, fostering collaboration and teamwork within the team and across departments.

Good to have skills:
• Experience with Typescript using Angular.
• Prior experience with financial products.
