Qualifications:
• Currently on a career break of at least two years (please note: the two-year eligibility will be calculated as of March 2025, the projected program start date)
• Interested in returning to work on a permanent basis
• Relevant work experience ranging from 5 - 10 years
• Background in software development, preferably Java
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
