We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director role in ISG Equity Operations to work as part of the Equity Sales & Trading Operations team with a focus on back & middle office business product support & Services.

This is a Director level role within Client Service & Relationship Management, which is responsible for managing internal and external client relationships. We do this by engaging in client service activities, optimizing the client experience, and managing vendor/external business partner relationships

What you'll do in the role:
  • Managing Equity Swaps Risk products and positions to Firm books and records and investigation and resolution of breaks to minimize booking errors and thus to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Monitoring of specific system error queues, which require investigation and resolution to ensure the trade flows downstream.
  • Recording & Processing Corporate action related Cash events and carrying out Supervisory controls
  • To ensure any queries and BU requests are communicated appropriately to the relevant individuals/teams and to escalate any issues which could have an impact on the firm's franchise.
  • Partner with technology, operations, sales and trading to lead projects using the Agile methodology to streamline existing functions and enable new business.
  • Manage performance management cycle for the team by conducting regular 1 to 1's with Team members to address the areas of career development, training, performance, and business processing.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Over 10+ years of experience in financial services
  • Operations experience and Good understanding of Equity Trade Lifecycle
  • Equity Swap products knowledge will be added advantage.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization skills
  • Strong Communication (Writing and Verbal) Skills. Effective interaction with others
