About Global Financial Crimes
In Global Financial Crimes (GFC), you will play a critical role in identifying potentially suspicious activity, protecting vulnerable individuals, and safeguarding the integrity of the financial system. GFC coordinates day-to-day implementation of the Firm's financial crime prevention efforts, including governance, oversight and execution of the Firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Anti-Corruption and Government and Political Activities Compliance programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
As an experienced Program Oversight Vice President in GFC, you will:
• Provide oversight of the implementation of the strategic target operating model for GFC Investigations, Screening and the Financial Intelligence Unit, including reporting of metrics and other key information to stakeholders;
• Provide vendor management and oversight for certain alert processing and investigations roles performed for GFC Investigations;
• Provide daily administrative support to GFC Investigations by managing case assignments and queues, ensuring that SARs are filed and any related follow up requirements are met, coordinating the process of new hire onboarding, monitoring key internal reports to ensure proper distribution or response, preparing or coordinating materials for group-wide meetings, and coordinating miscellaneous inbound requests to ensure coverage;
• Take action to continuously improve quality and effectiveness of GFC Investigations and SAR processes;
• Provide subject matter expertise to enhance the Firm's procedures, training and similar controls while working in collaboration with the Program Execution lead and the Policies and Procedures lead;
• Liaise with the Screening and Monitoring team in GFC and other GFC stakeholders to oversee the effectiveness of the program by monitoring key performance and risk indicators;
• Coordinate regulatory and audit reviews, compiling responses on behalf of the department for exams and audits;
• Periodically assess risks and corresponding process controls to ensure they are running effectively; and
• Lead strategic, global initiatives including but not limited to GFC Annual Plan, Key Initiatives and Audit action plans as required.
What We're Looking for in You
• Bachelors degree or equivalent military experience
• 8+ years of investigative or related consulting experience with emphasis on BSA/AML
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization
• Experience leading business transformation efforts, including the evaluation and enhancement of global processes.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and an understanding of data structures in order to transform large data sets to user-friendly information for management review;
• Self-motivated and independent operator with the ability and maturity to make decisions and operate in fast-paced and dynamic setting.
• CAMS or equivalent AML certification/license, or ability to obtain certification within first 15 months of employment
Where You'll be Working
This role will require in office attendance 3 days/week. Two of those days will be Anchor Days where you will be in the office with your teammates to learn, grow, and collaborate in person.
The Baltimore office is the Firm's largest U.S. office outside of New York, with approximately 2,000 employees representing most of the Firm's Divisions.

Maryland:
Salary range for the position: $105,000 - $170,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
