The Budapest Structured Rates Strategists team of Morgan Stanley focuses on financial models with sophisticated mathematical background, working closely with global front office trading and desk strategists teams. We are working with interest rate and rate/fx/equity hybrid payoff models, providing and maintaining exotic structured rates and rate/fx/equity hybrid payoff models for trading, various business driven projects for desk strats as well as working with development teams on infrastructure enhancement.
You will:
- Work with global front office trading/structuring teams
- Understand the firm`s front office models, business, processes, and control
- Provide and maintain interest rates and rate/fx/equity hybrid payoff models for trading
- Work with global structured rates strat teams on various business driven projects
- Work with development teams on infrastructure enhancement

You have:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mathematical finance, mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, computer science, informatics or similar quantitative area
- Min. 3 years of work experience
- Solid knowledge of basic probability theory and stochastic calculus
- Solid mathematical foundations
- Knowledge of C++, Scala, Java, Python or similar programming language
- Genuine interest in finance, probability and technology
- Sensitivity to details, accuracy in everyday work
- Confident command of English
